Bill, I'd love to hear more on this. I grew up in South Philly, where neigbors looked out for one another to the point where it almost became annoying. Hi Marc, my name is Bill Sword and I am a volunteer with the Abington Township Joint Town Watch.

I wanted to let you know that I saw your message here about the problems on Nylsor Avenue and the Dog Park. I will be happy to relay these messages to the APD so that they can look into it.

I also wanted to know if perhaps you or your neighbors would be interested in forming a Block Watch?

I, along with a representative or two from the APD, will be presenting on the benefits of Community policing at the Willow Grove Civic Association's September Meeting (It will be at the Faith to Faith Church in Crestmont). If you’re unable to attend the meeting but are still interested in finding out more about the program I would be happy to talk to you on the phone about it or stop by and talk in person (I live on Fairview Avenue, so you’re only a stone’s throw away).
