The non-descript signage was the first warning sign; the mere $5.35 for a lunch special made me even more suspicious. I was right to be.
The food was served on a foam plate with plastic knife and fork; I don't care that the place is clearly built around take-out, if you seat people, they deserve proper dishware and metal utensils.
The General Tso's chicken had an unnatural flavor that hits you with each piece put in your mouth, the sauce tasting vaguely like my father's chemistry lab at DVC smelled. And while the fritter was fried perfectly and not overly jammed with filler, it was by no means great. The pork fried rice was mostly okay, and the color was right, but the eggroll was a miracle of blandness that was totally whitewashed inside.
Upon leaving, though I was the only person inside the store, I was not acknowledged or asked how it was. I couldn't have been since the counter girl was too busy using her mobile phone, which she was using with in-ear headphones, ensuring she couldn't hear anything related to her job or customers.
    Stay away from here.

I just ate lunch there and had a fantastic meal. The General Tso's portion was sized reasonably and very tasty. Chin's is far superior to China Wok a few miles up 611, that serves a mountain of food that wishes it were mediocre.

They make what's in their name, and nothing else, save hot dogs. As a result, everything is very good. The fries have skin on and always taste so fresh. The burgers are made to order and always taste great. Best of all, it's not a budget-buster.

The outdoor patio bar is tucked away from the noise of traffic, with ample open seating as well as some canopied seating. A large projector TV screen affixed to their building offers the biggest sports in town at night. Try one of Charlene's strawberry mojitos for a great summer refreshment, and try out their new, much better food menu.

I've gone there three times, and had success only once. The first time they were not open despite their website saying they should be open. The second time myself and a friend stood inside for three minutes, never once seeing a staff member—that and an offensively overpowering cinnamon candle prompted us to leave. I gave it another go last week and had a Belgian chocolate iced coffee, which was good; I paired it with a brownie, which looked homemade, but was merely adequate and honestly not as good as Starbucks brownies that look factory-made but are delicious.

In business less than a year and already you can hardly imagine Doylestown without Nonno's. Great coffee drinks, a selection of decadent pastries, and out-of-this world gelato. And everyone is so friendly, plus they'll take an order at the door if you're out with your dog and want a drink, and may even have a treat for your pooch.

I've had a unit there a few months, and the place is convenient and safe. It's odd saying this, but when you do your lease, you feel like you're joining a family. What could have been a cold, impersonal process was peppered with humor, all the facts you need, and professionalism.

Whether you want plain cupcakes with simple icing or something fancy, you'll find it here. There's always chocolate and vanilla, but pistachio, hummingbird, red velvet, lime/lemon curd-filled and other novelties make appearances and are delicious. The owner is very friendly and helpfully explains any cupcakes whose names may not make apparent what's in them.
