Partly cloudy skies and warmer weather will blanket the region this week
Lately, it has been about 15 to 20 degrees above average and there hasn't been any complaints. Here are some of Monday's sweltering high temperatures: These temperatures are above average for the middle of July and it's only the middle of April! Some sigh of relief is expected as the weather has calmed down and will stay relatively steady for a while. Expect to see about average temperatures for the next couple of days. Today will be pleasantly normal with partly sunny skies. The sun may have some trouble peeking through the clouds, as a small disturbance passes to the south. High temperatures will reach the low- to mid-60s. North-northwest winds at 3 to 6 mph. During the night, clouds will decrease, giving way to partly cloudy conditions…

April has started out dry and will continue this trend for the entire week
It seems like a tradition to expect dark, gloomy and wet weather during April, but this year has been rebelling against all types of typical weather. This week will be one to take advantage of, as a cooler air mass blocks any type of bad weather. The temperatures will be seasonably comfortable with chilly late nights and mornings. Today started out relatively mild for a typical early-April morning at around 50 degrees. Partly cloudy skies will decrease to mostly sunny conditions as the afternoon rolls around. The high temperature will soar up into the upper 60s. Winds will increase from the northwest initially at 5 to 10 mph, then blowing at 12 to 16 mph. Tonight will be mostly clear with diminishing winds with temperatures steadily …

Yesterday was cool and today will be slightly warmer, but this weekend will yet again bring us cold and damp conditions
It is hard to believe that March is coming to an end already. The days are just flying by faster and faster. If you have any plans for outside festivities this weekend, I would suggest bringing a coat and an umbrella because it will be cold and dreary for the majority of Saturday and Sunday. This morning was yet again freezing with temperatures in the mid 30s. As the afternoon rolls around, partly cloudy skies will allow it to feel pleasantly comfortable with temperatures rising into the mid- to upper-50s. Clouds will start to increase by the late afternoon rush hour as a disturbance from the west creeps in. Rain is not expected to arrive until around midnight, if not later. Temperatures will fall into the low 40s with a southeasternly …

The sun will try its best to poke through the clouds today, but more rain is expected to put a damper on any plans for the weekend
March did not really come marching in, but it it's definitely leaving some muddy bootprints. Even though it's the second day of the month, the sun seems shy as it hides behind the clouds. My spring break from college starts today, and this is not what I want to see; my hopes are high for a potentially beautiful pattern next week. Today will start out in the upper 30s with mostly cloudy skies. The sun will try its best to come out in the afternoon, which can bring the high temperatures to the low 50s. If the sun is too shy to come out, the temperatures may not reach the 50 degree mark. By the afternoon commute, clouds will quickly take over and thicken as a storm system approaches from the southwest. Before I carry on, if you plan on …

Unseasonably warm air will engulf the region this week, as high temperatures may hit records making it feel like mid-spring.
This week may be no suprise to some people, since this winter season has been the fourth warmest in recorded history. That rank may become even closer to number one as the meteorological winter comes to an end next week. The meteorological winter runs from December through February, and depending on how warm the high temperatures reach within the week, this winter may almost be the warmest ever in some cities. Today, expect mostly sunny skies and the start of mild temperatures resulting in a beautiful day. High temperatures will creep into the upper 50s with a south-southeast wind increasing in the afternoon at 10 to 15 mph. Tonight, clouds will increase with the possibility for some isolated showers in spots. The night temperatures will…
