DUI … Steven Golaski, 25, of the 300 block of Elmhurst Avenue, Sellersville, was arrested July 8 at 11:25 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Easton and Moreland roads for swerving and for driving straight through a left-turn only lane, police said. When asked if he had been drinking, he said, “Yeah a few.” According to police, Golaski failed two field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of 0.179 percent. DUI crash … Edward J. McGowan, 20, of the 2700 block of Taft Avenue, Glenside, was arrested April 1 at 4:30 p.m. following a two-vehicle crash near the corner of Bradfield and Easton roads, police said. According to police, McGowan lost control of his vehicle as he attempted to negotiate a turn at the intersection and struck a stopped vehicle. McGowan smelled of “fruity alcohol,” had apparently spilled a liquid on his T-shirt, failed a field sobriety test, and had a blood alcohol content of 0.175 percent. McGowan’s blood also tested positive for the presence of Delta-9 carboxy THC and benzoylecgonine, an inactive metabolite of cocaine. According to police, Britt apologized for “going a little fast.” Britt smelled of alcohol, had glassy eyes, failed four field sobriety tests, and had a blood alcohol content of 0.126 percent. DUI … William Cipriano, 25, of the 4200 block of Griscom Street, Philadelphia, was arrested April 15 at 11:30 p.m. at a DUI checkpoint in the 700 block of Huntingdon Pike, police said. According to police, Cipriano’s vehicle smelled of marijuana. Police found one 80-mg Oxycontin pill next to his leg. Institutional vandalism, simple assault, harassment, and related charges … Donna Kotchetovsky, 51, of the 2500 block of Old Bethlehem Pike, Sellersville, was arrested March 28 at 4:29 p.m. near the corner of Old Huntingdon Pike and Susquehanna Road following a traffic stop for speeding and driving through a stop sign, police said. According to police, Kotchetovsky was irate, walked into traffic several times, and yelled obscenities at police. Her driver’s license is suspended. At the police station, Kotchetovsky attempted to headbutt a police officer, slapped another police officer in the face, and smeared human feces on the wall and floor of the cell after using the bathroom in the cell, police said.
