A Plymouth Township man was arrested Thursday on charges of sexually abusing a female minor between the years of 2005 and 2008 at his home, according to Plymouth Township Police Chief Joseph Lawrence and Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman. Joseph Budick, 85, of Shasta Road in Plymouth Township, stands accused of sexually abusing the girl between the years of 2005-2008, police said.
