DUI … Erich Rudl, 28, of Washington Lane, Jenkintown, was arrested Nov. 23 at 6:32 p.m. following a crash near the corner of Jenkintown Road and Roberts Avenue in which Rudl swerved into the westbound lane and crashed into another vehicle, police said. According to police, Rudl had slurred speech and seemed confused. Rudl is a known drug user, police said. Retail theft … An arrest warrant was issued for Sean Guy, 38, of the 2300 block of North 19th Street, Philadelphia, for his role in the May 30 theft of $18,594 worth of jewelry from Gordon’s Jewelers in Willow Grove Park mall, police said. According to police, Guy distracted a Gordon’s employee, along with two unidentified women who distracted another employee, while a large, black man, last seen wearing a tan shirt and tan shorts, cut a security cable and removed a display tower containing 145 pairs of earrings from the store.
