Simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment … Jonathan C. Gomez, 26, of Glenloch Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Oct. 15 at 11:27 a.m. following an incident at Sarah Care, an adult day care facility in the 100 block of Washington Lane, in which Gomez punched an employee in the face, police said. According to police, the complainant was transporting clients to the facility in a van and Gomez — a bus driver for First Transit — told him to move the van or he would ram the bus into it. Gomez then exited the bus and said he would “beat the [expletive] out of [the complainant]" and then punched the complainant in the face at least two times with a closed fist.
