Armed Robber Sought in Gas Station Incident

A Huntingdon Valley Citgo was robbed late Saturday night.

A CITGO gas station at the corner of Huntingdon Pike and Byberry roads in Lower Moreland Township was robbed just after 10 p.m. Saturday, according to Lower Moreland Patch. The robbery resulted in police searching for a 20- to 25-year-old, white male who is approximately 5-foot-8 with a medium build with a goatee. Police said he was wearing a black mask with a white hoodie, blue jeans and had a black semi-automatic handgun. The man is still at-large. Violent Valentine Leads to Arrest of Montco Man: According to a report in the Perkiomen Valley Patch, a 30-year-old man is facing a lengthy list of charges after he allegedly followed his wife to work to deliver his "Valentine." The report states that when police encountered the man, they found items in his possession including cable restraints, ammunition, arrowheads, a machete, a Kevlar helmet and vest, guns, and a Valentine's Day card depicting 39 "forms of violence and killing." Report: Armed Robbers Hit Burger Joint

Police looking for two suspects.

  Police on Friday night were searching for two suspects who reportedly robbed a Willow Grove burger shop at gunpoint. The incident reportedly took place at the Elevation Burger store at 3945 Welsh Road at about 10:10 p.m. Montgomery County public safety radio reports indicated that police were searching for two black men wearing black "hoodies" and bandannas. The men were said to be about 6 feet tall and of medium build. The company's website indicated that the Willow Grove store was scheduled to close at 10 p.m.
