Bickel, 22, of Wanamaker Road, Jenkintown, after a witness said he saw Bickel vandalizing his friend’s Audi in the 400 block of Tulpehocken Avenue on Dec. 24, police said. According to police, the witness said he saw Bickel jumping on top of the car and kicking the car on all sides. There were several dents on the car and the car’s roof was caved in. Pleasant Avenue, Wyndmoor, was arrested Sept. 4 at 3:20 a.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Old York Road and Washington Lane for driving without his headlights on, police said. According to police, Elliott smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot and glassy eyes, failed two field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percent.
