Criminal mischief and disorderly conduct … An arrest warrant was issued Dec. 30 for Wayne B. Bickel, 22, of Wanamaker Road, Jenkintown, after a witness said he saw Bickel vandalizing his friend’s Audi in the 400 block of Tulpehocken Avenue on Dec. 24, police said. According to police, the witness said he saw Bickel jumping on top of the car and kicking the car on all sides. There were several dents on the car and the car’s roof was caved in.
