Possession of an instrument of crime, prohibited offensive weapon and drug possession … Michael Lare, 26, last known address of Danforth Street, Philadelphia, was arrested April 26 at 7:24 p.m. in the 300 block of Shady Lane following a call for a possibly armed man living out of a blue Ford Taurus, police said. According to police, when Lare was asked about having a firearm, he said he did not have one, and gave permission to search his vehicle. In the car, police found 46 assorted loose pills, a switchblade, and several other edged weapons.
