Abington Gets Ready to Wobble
The Abington YMCA’s annual Thanksgiving-morning race brings in thousands of dollars for the YMCA’s Annual Campaign
The Abington YMCA is celebrating its tenth annual Gobble Wobble 5K run and 2-mile walk on Thanksgiving at 9 a.m. The USA Track and Field-certified 5K and walk will bring more than 2,000 walkers, runners and joggers to the area. In addition to clogging the streets for the morning, and giving participants a way to burn some calories before their feast, the Gobble Wobble will raise money for the YMCA’s financial assistance program.
