only been there once but pretzels I bought were stale and cashier wasn't friendly or helpful

I'm surprised by the review below. I stop by the pretzel factory twice a week to purchase crowd pleaser for the office and they are always fresh. Sometimes they are even too hot and I have to impatiently wait 5 minutes to eat them! Love the honey mustard sauce too.
