According to the press release, Carwheel’s former girlfriend, who is also the mother of his child, had recently broken up with Carwheel and began a relationship with Borno.

Carwheel was arraigned on first- and third-degree murder charges and has a preliminary hearing set for Jan. 9 at 10 a.m. in front of District Justice Christopher Cerski at 8230 Old York Road in Elkins Park.
