Roads To Be Closed for Officer Fox Funeral
Due to the viewing and funeral for Plymouth Township Police Officer Bradley Fox, there will be several road closures Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Tuesday Sept. 18, from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.; and Wednesday Sept. 19, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., the following roadways will be closed in Whitpain and Plymouth townships:
- Walton Road between Germantown Pike and Stenton Avenue
- Township Line Road between Penllyn Blue Bell Pike to Narcissa Road
- Norristown Road between Township Line Road and Narcissa Road
SEPTA spokesman Andrew Busch said bus routes 95 and 98 will be operating, but will be taking local detours.

"There will probably be minor delays so riders should allow for some extra time on both days, Tuesday and Wednesday," Busch said.

Anyone wishing to attend the viewing or funeral should park at the Greater Plymouth Community Center, 2910 Jolly Road, where a shuttle will be provided to the church.

The route for the funeral procession following the Wednesday Sept. 19 11 a.m. Mass at the Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 3050 Walton Road, will be as follows:
► From the Church we will be turning Left onto Township Line Road to Arch Street
► Left on Arch Street to Belvoir Road, left on Belvoir passing the Police Station with a brief pause at the Police Station, continuing to Plymouth Road
► Left on Plymouth Road to Sandy Hill Road
► Left on Sandy Hill Road
► Slight Right onto Sandy Hill Road to Germantown Pike
► Right on Germantown Pike to Turnpike On-RampPage
► Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) east 18.3 miles to Exit 351 (Philadelphia/Trenton)
► U.S. 1 North towards Morrisville 6.9 miles
► Merge onto I-95 north towards Trenton for 2.9 miles to exit 49, PA 332
► Proceed to Washington’s Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940
