Retail Theft, Hair Grabbing, Top Summary Arrests

Retail theft … Tanisha Gaillard-Smith, 21, of South 56th Street, Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation April 4 at 5:51 p.m. after a JC Penney loss prevention officer saw Gaillard-Smith select $149 worth of store merchandise, conceal the items in her purse and leave without attempting to pay, police said.
Disorderly conduct … Jeremy Lorenzon, 29, of Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia; and Steven Moulder, 26, of Mt. Carmel Avenue, Glenside, were arrested April 4 at 12:11 a.m. after police saw both defendants sitting in a parked vehicle in a parking lot in the 200 block of Keswick Avenue, police said. According to police, there was an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. Police said they found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Retail theft … Robert Brooke, 59, of Zane Avenue, Jenkintown, was issued a non-traffic citation March 29 at 11:07 a.m. after a Target security guard saw Brooke select $82 worth of store merchandise, conceal the items and leave the store without paying, police said.
Harassment … Bridgette Jenkins, 42, of Lehigh Avenue, Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation March 23 at 10:26 p.m. after the victim reported that while she was a front seat passenger in a car driving in the area of Old York and Old Welsh roads, Jenkins, a backseat passenger, grabbed herby the hair and head, police said.
