Allegedly Drunken Man Called Cops for a Ride Home

Public drunkenness … Kevin McNutt Sr., 50, of Mt. Carmel Avenue, Glenside, was issued a non-traffic citation Jan. 26 at 12:42 a.m. after McNutt called police for a ride home because he was very cold, police said. Police went to the corner of Jenkintown Road and Tyson Avenue, but McNutt was not there, police said. Police later found McNutt, intoxicated, walking on Tyson Avenue near Ardsley Avenue, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Christopher Johnson, 23, of Henrietta Avenue, Huntingdon Valley, was arrested Feb. 4 at 8:58 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner at Easton Road and Tyson Avenue in which police found a small amount of marijuana in Johnson’s possession, police said.

Underage drinking … James Kinslow, 20, of Montgomery Avenue, Elkins Park, was issued a non-traffic citation Feb. 2 at 11:33 p.m. after police found a highly intoxicated Kinslow sitting in the driver’s seat with the door open in a parked car in the 600 block of Seminole Avenue, police said. According to police, Kinslow was taken from the scene by a family member.

Disorderly conduct and retail theft … Shanelle Davis, 20, of North 19th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Jan. 31 at 8:59 p.m. after police responded to the BP gas station in the 1400 block of Old York Road after the manager said that David and two others were in the store when they were told to buy something or leave, police said. According to police, Davis screamed obscenities at the manager and left the store with a bottle of juice that she did not pay for. Police found Davis and the others in a store down the street.

Public drunkenness … Daniel Lehr, 20, of Mayfield Circle, Jamison, Pa., was arrested Jan. 31 at 7:49 p.m. after Willow Grove Park mall security encountered Lehr, who was under the influence of drugs, police said. According to police, Lehr was taken to Abington Memorial Hospital.

Disorderly conduct … Rushell Anderson, 35, of Souder Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Jan. 31 at 7:32 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Old York Road after Anderson admitted to smoking and having a small amount of marijuana, police said.

Public drunkenness and harassment … Lamall Phillips, 36, of Old York Road, Abington, was arrested Jan. 29 at 8:45 a.m. after police responded to the 1100 block of Old York Road for the report of a man and a woman fighting in a parking lot. According to police, witnesses saw Phillips pushing and shoving the victim. Both were found together in a parked car in the lot.
