A woman must write a letter of apology to a victim following a November 2012 burglary.
A Montgomery County Judge ordered a local woman to write an apology letter for her part in a November 2012 burglary, according to a story in The Intelligencer.
Alyssa Paige Yantz, 19, of the unit block of Everett Avenue, Upper Moreland, received a 7-year probation sentence and had to write a letter of apology as part of her probation, according to the story.
Yantz, along with Tarik Omar Frison, 23, of Abington, broke into an Abington apartment in the 800 block of Easton Road in November of last year and stole a coin collection valued at about $5,000, as well as other items including a set of golf clubs, an iPad and sports memorabilia, according to the story; the coin collection was sold to a coin and jewelry dealer in Philadelphia.
