Glock Slogan Not Perfection for Philadelphia Man
The man was arrested at Willow Grove Park mall and charged with theft and gun charges.
A tattoo helped lead to gun charges for a Philadelphia man earlier this month
Tombosa Haile, 23, of North 27th Street, was arrested Dec. 3 shortly after 6:30 p.m. outside of Bloomingdale's in Willow Grove Park mall after he allegedly selected $382 worth of merchandise, including a Burberry shirt and two French Connection pieces, concealed the items in a fitting room, and left without attempting to pay.
According to police, a Bloomingdale's loss prevention officer attempted to stop Haile outside of the store, but Haile started to pull away; Haile became cooperative when he noticed a nearby Abington Police officer.

As the police officer escorted Haile back to the store's loss prevention office, the officer noticed a tattoo on Haile's neck that read "Glock Perfection," the slogan for the Glock brand of guns, according to police. The officer became suspicious and asked if Haile was carrying a handgun; Haile said, "Yes. In my Back."
According to police, Haile was carrying a Smith and Wesson 6-shot .38-cal. special revolver, loaded with six live rounds of .38 special +p hollow point ammunition.

Haile was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license – both felonies – and retail theft.
According to the report, Haile said he is on parole in Philadelphia for robbery.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for today at 10:30 a.m. before District Justice Juanita Price.
