Abington Police Reports, Summary Arrests

Summary arrests

 

Underage drinking … John Mutch, 18, of Cricket Road, Flourtown, was arrested April 1 at 12:48 a.m. after police pulled up to a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Mill Road Circle and found Mutch in the driver’s seat, police said. Mutch had been drinking alcohol.

Public drunkenness … Matthew Boyle, 42, of Penn Avenue, Ardsley, was arrested April 5 at 2:59 p.m. after someone reported that Boyle would not leave a property in the 2700 block of Limekiln Pike, police said. Police found Boyle passed out in a rear yard shed.

Public drunkenness … Lori Lanciano, 45, of Central Avenue, Rockledge, was arrested April 6 at 1:48 p.m. after she was found in the driver’s seat of a vehicle with its engine running in the parking lot of Hollywood Tavern, police said. According to police, Lanciano admitted to drinking alcohol. Her blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent.

Disorderly conduct and public drunkenness … Emanuel Turpin Jr., 31, of Washington Lane, Jenkintown, was arrested April 6 at 7:36 a.m. after Turpin was yelling, swearing, and causing a scene at the Wawa on Old York Road, police said.

Public drunkenness … Fredinan Schwartz, 47, of Arnold Avenue, Willow Grove, was arrested April 7 at 7 p.m. after police saw Schwartz staggering along the road near the corner of Easton Road and Hamilton Avenue, police said. Schwartz smelled of alcohol and admitted to drinking.

Defiant trespassing … Carrie Kerr, 31, of Knights Road, Bensalem, was arrested April 13 at 4:44 p.m. after a complainant said that Kerr entered the complainant’s apartment without permission, police said.
