Abington police reports, Monday edition

DUI … Emily Samantha Konell, 24, of the 900 block of Irvin Road, Huntingdon Valley, was arrested Dec. 19 at 10:19 a.m. at her residence after she crashed into a parked car in the 900 block of Irvin Road and fled, police said. According to police, Konell appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and nearly fell asleep as police were talking to her. Konell said she was coming back from a doctor’s appointment and a methadone clinic. Her blood tested positive for the presence of alprazolam and methadone.

Drug possession … Ian P. Anderson-Ley, 25, of the 3500 block of Teresa Circle, Chalfont, was arrested Dec. 19 at 11:46 a.m. near the corner of Old Welsh and Easton roads following a traffic stop for having an expired registration sticker and expired inspection stickers, police said. Following a search of Anderson-Ley’s vehicle, police found a white plastic cap containing a white powder surrounded by tin foil; and a small, yellow-tinted baggie containing white residue. According to police, both items tested positive for the presence of cocaine.
