Robbery …  An arrest warrant was issued Oct. 9 for Christopher Andr French, 22, of Township Line Road, Elkins Park, after he arranged to meet with an acquaintance to buy a black Dell laptop computer on Oct. 9 at 5:13 p.m. at the A Plus gas station in the 200 block of Township Line Road, police said. According to police, French met with the complainant, ripped the laptop out of the complainant’s hands and fled in a silver car driven by another man. French was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans and boots.

Retail theft … Adam M. Holland, 40, of Washington Lane, Jenkintown, was arrested Oct. 9 at Target in the 1400 block of Old York Road after he stole six pieces of clothing, two DVDs and six cans of Nutella spread, police said. According to police, Holland has a prior conviction for retail theft.

Retail theft … Zachary Dukes, 20, of Wagner Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested Oct. 8 at 8:26 a.m. in Macy’s after a loss prevention officer saw Dukes on closed-circuit TV putting a Polo shirt under his arm and walking out of a second-floor exit, police said. The shirt was worth $165.

False identification to law enforcement and possession of a controlled substance … Ronnell Tate, 22, of East Avenue, Penllyn, was arrested Oct. 5 at 9:44 p.m. following a pedestrian stop in Crestmont Park, police said. According to police, Tate had a small amount of marijuana and a blunt in his possession. Tate provided the wrong name to police.

Retail theft … Tiffany Corrien McCoy, 26, of Lansdowne Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. in Bloomingdale’s after she put six Burberry sweaters, worth a total of $1,650, in a large leather bag and left without paying, police said. According to police, the bag was lined with aluminum foil and duct tape. McCoy has a prior conviction for retail theft.

DUI and disorderly conduct … Michael W. Ulircuis, 45, of Old York Road, Abington, was arrested Sept. 16 at 4:06 p.m. following a disturbance call to the Burger King in 900 block of Easton Road, police said. According to police, a man, later identified as Ulircuis, was blowing his horn, yelling obscenities and threatening that he had a gun while in the drive-through. He smelled of alcohol, had an open 30-pack of beer in his pickup truck and his speech was slurred. Ulircuis said he had a couple of beers, failed a field sobriety test and had a blood alcohol content of 0.337 percent.

Disorderly conduct … Jonathan Christie, 21, of Wanamaker Road, Jenkintown, was arrested Oct. 26 at 3:47 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Crescent and Abington avenues in which police found a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Christopher Smith, 22, of Rutland Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Oct. 27 at 10:52 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Old York Road in which police found drug paraphernalia in Smith’s car, police said.

Public drunkenness … Kelly Jacobs, 44, of Mildred Avenue, Roslyn, was arrested Oct. 29 at 5:46 p.m. after police responded to Ardsley Park and found Jacobs in the parking lot, police said. According to police, Jacobs admitted to driving on the grass and said she and her passengers were sledding on the wet grass during the hurricane.
