Retail theft … Davidetta Quemine, 20, of Spruce Street, Darby, was issued a non-traffic citation Oct. 15 at 2:22 p.m. after Sears security saw Quemine select store merchandise and hide it while in a fitting room, police said. The merchandise was found in Quemine’s purse.
Disorderly conduct … Sean Whaley, 25, of Carnation Avenue, Willow Grove, was arrested Oct. 14 at 11 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Highland Avenue and Woodland Road in which police found a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said.

Public drunkenness … Louis Abel Jr., 22, of Boyer Road, Cheltenham, was arrested Oct. 14 at 4:44 a.m. after police saw Abel asleep in the driver’s seat of his vehicle, which was parked in the Wet Whistle parking lot, police said.
Disorderly conduct … James Trasser, 21, of Solly Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested Oct. 13 at 1:01 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Church Road and Mayfield Avenue in which police found drug paraphernalia in his vehicle, police said.

Underage drinking … Brian O’Donnell, 20, of Montgomery Avenue, Rockledge was arrested in the above incident, police said. O’Donnell, a passenger in Trasser’s vehicle, admitted to consuming alcohol.
Peddling or soliciting without invitation … Edwin Botchway, 24, of Franklin Drive, Voorhees, N.J.; and Jonathan Brosch, 26, of Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, were issued non-traffic citations Oct. 11 at 5:45 p.m. after both were going to several homes for Power Windows and Siding without a solicitation permit, police said.
Disorderly conduct … Christopher Gray, 24, of Seymour Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Oct. 10 at 11:05 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Easton Road and Rubicam Avenue after police found a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said.
Public drunkenness … John Adlam Jr., 27, of Hilltop Road, Jenkintown, was arrested Oct. 10 at 1:58 p.m. after he caused a 3-car crash near the corner of Old York and Baeder roads after he caused a driver to stop suddenly, police said. According to police, Adlam was riding a bicycle ... and was holding a drink in each hand. He was also wearing a headset when he ran into one of the vehicles, causing the crash.
