So many drug-using Losers! Anyone who gets arrested for drug use should be incarcerated in the worst parts of Philly.. like Logan or West Oak Lane or Camden, NJ and held the full 72 hours so they're constantly in a state of fear ..I Hate Drugs & Drug users sooo much!

What they NEED to do is institute a law that anyone caught driving drunk or high loses their vehicle and it's taken over and sold by the city in which the DUI/DWI drivers are found. If people want to get drunk or high they should stay home or be responsible.

@Marc -- in TOTAL agreement with you. I live in the area, and recently have had to 'dodge' drivers many, many times! I do believe that more people are driving under the influence. It is definitely betting worse.

This is dumb, the drug war is immoral and the police have not enough to keep themselves active. Funny how we have cameras on every corner, unlimited detention without trial, people like Leah lynn Plante going to prison,as these prisons make profit. The elite make the laws via ALEC and the such while we are subjected to the stop and frisk policy of the day, america is not the AMERICA of my youth.

Has anyone else noticed the evaporation of our civil liberties?
Marc Lombardi October 16, 2012 at 05:03 PM
Dennis: Where does it say in our civil liberties that we have the right to drive a car while drunk or high and put the lives of others at risk. I'll wait for you to finish stuffing your blunt before you answer.

What's with all the marijuana arrests? Cops in Glenside still have nothing better to do with their time than arrest non-violent marijuana users. Also, for you morons complaining about driving while under the influence, out of the 8 arrests listed, only one person admitted to smoking weed before they drove. The other 7 were arrested for possession. It's also pretty despicable that someone can get pulled over for a broken taillight and end up in jail for marijuana possession. That is a violation of civil liberties.
