Summary arrests

 

Defiant trespass … Jamar Jones, 29, of Brookdale Avenue, Roslyn, was arrested July 31 at 3:53 p.m. after mall security saw Jones inside the mall after being banned from mall property, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Tammy Smith, 33, of Avenue C, Horsham, was arrested July 31 at 3:09 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 400 block of North Hills Avenue after Smith admitted to having two marijuana pipes in her vehicle, police said.

Public Drunkenness … Jerald Kahn, 23, of Heston Street, Roslyn, was arrested July 30 at 11:36 p.m. after police saw Kahn stumbling on the sidewalk in the 1100 block of Easton Road and urinating behind a Dumpster, police said. 

Public Drunkenness … Preston John-Bowie Jr., 23, of Henry Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested July 30 at 10:06 p.m. following a medical call to a parking lot in the 1400 block of Old York Road, police said. According to police, John-Bowie Jr. was passed out. He admitted to inhaling contents of a Dust Off can.

Disorderly conduct … David Smith, 30, of Robbins Avenue, Rockledge, was arrested July 29 at 1:49 a.m. after police approached an occupied, parked vehicle in the 19th Hole parking lot and saw a marijuana pipe in plain view, police said.

Underage drinking … Kaitlyn Starke, 18, of Oakwood Drive, Huntingdon Valley, was arrested July 28 at 9:03 p.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Canterbury and Old York roads after Starke admitted to having a box of wine in her vehicle, police said.

Public drunkenness … Joseph Robinson, 67, of North 7th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested July 28 at 3:25 p.m. following a call to Crestmont Country Club, police said. According to police, Robinson, who was highly intoxicated, was threatening patrons. He left and was found staggering down Hamilton Avenue. 

Animals creating nuisances … Michael Regester, 69, of Crescent Avenue, Glenside, was issued a non-traffic citation July 25 at 12:55 p.m. for allowing his dog to defecate on private property, police said.

Animal running at large and harboring a dangerous dog … Patricia Weideman, 50, of Woodland Road, Abington, was issued a non-traffic citation July 25 at 8:08 p.m. for allowing her dogs to run at large, police said.
