Summary arrests

 

Peddling/soliciting without a permit ... Herbert Tozer III, 25, of Leiper Street, Philadelphia; and Anthony Fisher, 24, of Ogden Place, Philadelphia, were issued non-traffic citations Dec. 18 at 4:24 p.m. for soliciting for IGS Energy in the area of Colonial and Brookdale avenues without a permit, police said. 

Peddling/soliciting without a permit ... Dion Savage, 24, of Chestnut Street, Coatsville, was issued a non-traffic citation Dec. 17 at 5:24 p.m. for peddling in the 1400 block of Noble Road for Premium Advertising/Power Home Remodeling, without a permit, police said.

Retail theft ... Michael Durham Jr., 22, of Washington Lane, Jenkintown, and Brandon Boynton, 20, of Osceola Avenue, Elkins Park, were issued non-traffic citations Dec. 17 at 1:46 p.m. after Cheltenham Police conducted a traffic stop and recovered $200 worth of merchandise, which had been stolen from Burlington Coat Factory in Jenkintown, police said. 

Retail theft ... Jamir Sneed, 27, of Woodstock Street, Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation Dec. 16 at 3:45 p.m. after H&M security saw Sneed select a $150 coat and leave the store without attempting to pay, police said.

Harassment  ... Michael Brown of Harding Road was issued a non-traffic citation Dec. 16 at 3:41 p.m. after he called the complainant repeatedly, leaving vulgar messages on the phone, police said. 

Disorderly conduct ... Alex Nunez, 20, of Palethorp Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Dec. 16 at 12:25 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Township Line Road and New Second Street after police found drug paraphernalia in the car, police said. 

Retail theft ... Krystal Schamerhorn, 18, of Sumneytown Pike, North Wales, was arrested Dec. 15 at 3:08 p.m. after H&M security saw Schamerhorn select and conceal $140 worth of merchandise in a handbag and leave without paying, police said. 

Criminal mischief ... Carmen Reale, 20, of Edgehill Road, Glenside, was issued a non-traffic citation Dec. 15 at 1:47 p.m. after he intentionally broke a window with his hand during an argument in the 800 block of Easton Road, police said. 

Disorderly conduct ... Shaun Barrett, 29, of Fayette Street, Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation Dec. 15 at 1:03 a.m. after police found Barrett with a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle in the 19th Hole Lounge parking lot, police said. 

Retail theft … Christina Hamilton, 23, of North Second Street, Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation Dec. 14 at 5:30 p.m. after Sears security saw Hamilton select $150 worth of store merchandise, conceal it in a handbag and leave without attempting to pay, police said.

Criminal mischief … Carmino Giannone, 22, of Penn Road, Plymouth Meeting, was issued a non-traffic citation Dec. 13 at 11:45 p.m. after police discovered that Giannone intentionally drove onto the complainant’s lawn, causing damage to the grass, police said.

Disorderly conduct and public drunkenness … Lester Caesar, 28, of Ferndale Avenue, Abington, was arrested Dec. 11 at 9:18 p.m. after police responded to the Willow Grove VFW and found a large crowd. According to police, Caesar approached police and police told Caesar to back up and leave the area. Caesar then walked to the door, yelled profanities and gave police a vulgar hand gesture, police said.

Retail theft … Osheah Kemp, 18, of Orange Avenue, Ambler; and Nicholas Kemp, 20, of Orange Avenue, Ambler, were both issued non-traffic citations Dec. 11 at 2:43 p.m. after a Macy’s loss prevention officer saw them enter a fitting room with store merchandise, leave the fitting room without the merchandise and then leave the store without paying for the merchandise, police said. According to police, each had $150 worth of concealed store merchandise.
