Connor Robert Cupo, an Abington High School Senior: Obituary

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday.

Connor Robert Cupo, an Abington High School senior, passed away on July 27, 2013 in the presence of family, according to The Intelligencer.

Cupo liked wood-working, fishing, and playing sports.  He is said to have had a beaming smile.

He leaves behind his parents Florence (Klenk) and Patrick Cupo, and his siblings Megan, Eric, Patrick and Diana.  He was the “‘big man uncle’” to Josiah, Brianna, and Leah and a grandson to Albert and Helen Cupo.

The community can remember Cupo through growing his hair for Locks of Love, through the Gift of Life Organ Donation, and for giving back to those who need help at Moss Rehab.

Cupo’s surviving family will receive loved ones and friends on Saturday from 9am to 11am at Queen of Peace Church, located at 820 North Hills Avenue, in Ardsley.  A Memorial Mass will follow at 11am.  Connor will be buried in a private family ceremony with his godfather John Goldsworthy.

The family asks that those who come to the church wear a small amount of pink to honor Cupo.  Further, those who attend the service are invited to celebrate Cupo’s life immediately after the Memorial Mass at 170 Roberts Avenue in Glenside.     

Instead of flowers, the family asks that well-wishers who donate in Cupo’s memory send the donations to Kevin from Heaven, P.O. Box 354, Ambler, PA 19002-0354.
