I glad that a law has been passed that has banned the use of texting while driving a motor vehicle in the state of Pennsylvania; it will save lives.

But the carnage continues on our streets, roads and highways; talking on a handheld cell phone while driving a motor vehicle continues to take its toll.  It takes the unnecessary lives of Pennsylvanians everyday: destroys the lives and dreams of the families’ involved in the tragedy; leaves people maimed for life; increases the cost to insure a motor vehicle. Why does this have to happen to innocent people?

What is it going to take before a law is passed…a lawmaker or politician loosing a loved one due to the fact that a driver was talking on a handheld cell phone while driving a motor vehicle without the use of a blue tooth device or a ear phones or an integrated system through the radio?

Law equals… less deaths on our highways…less pain and suffering… lower insurance rates.

When are lawmakers and politicians of Pennsylvania going to put a stop to this idiocy?

Take the easy way out - for about $20 plus or minus with tip go to the Mexican guys in Quakertown.Read More They are on the south bound side where the old battery warehouse was - directly across from the big car wash on 309. They did my SUV for $25 including generous tip - inside and out, dressed the tires and did the windshield about 3 times! These guys are fantastic and really do a great job for the money.
