Elkins Park Resident Honored at Flyers Game

Elkins Park resident Capecci, a social worker at the oncology section at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, was named a Flyers Community Teammate during a recent home game.

The Flyers Wives nominated Capecci through Building Hope for Kids, an organization that helps families whose children have been diagnosed with cancer to cope with the expenses. 

Capecci has been working at the hospital for more than 20 years, where she helps families who are affected by Cancer.
