Kids Healthy Eating

Are you concerned about the pediatric obesity epidemic? Wondering what you can do for your own family?

The Holy Redeemer Pediatric Rehabilitation Department is hosting a Parent Resource Night Thursday, November 29, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The night includes an informational session from the Nutrition Department at Holy Redeemer to discuss portion control and healthy lunches, a preparation of a healthy snack by Whole Foods, and many vendors available throughout the night for parent resources and materials.

The Pediatric Rehab department works with children from the community and with newborns in Holy Redeemer’s NICU and is located at the Health and Fitness Center on the campus of the Hospital.

To register for Kids Healthy Eating, call (215) 938-5721, or just drop in. Babysitting will be provided.
