Some call Adam Rivera's music  "speed folk" - a new genre for sure, and "The Answer" off of the 2012 Superauspicious CD http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/adamrivera  has that appealing joyful noise that makes him one of the most interesting artists to come across a critic's desk.

The Answer" is track 2 on a 3 song E.P. that is out to independent radio stations (college stations and underground internet stations) and is mixed in as the second title sandwiched between  the two minute and 34 second "Gone" and composition #3, "All I Want."

Rivera's CD was handed out to DJ's at a recent Intercollegiate Broadcast Systems seminar in the Boston area held at Simmons College in November and we hear they are ready to re-blitz the radio stations as Christmas vacation ends and the March IBS national college radio conference looms on the horizon.

According to the artist's website http://www.adamriveramusic.com/ the Pennsylvania resident was on a Philadelphia radio outlet on Dec 4:

Adam Rivera Radio appearance on Y-NOT Radio Wednesday Dec. 4th 2013!  Interview, Live acoustic performance, some studio tracks from Adam and tracks from some other local Philly acts as well!  Tune in Wednesday at 11am or 10pm! http://ynotradio.net/
