Before beginning his university studies with Carr, DiCamillo was a student of two teachers in Philadelphia’s northern suburbs, Jeff Baumeister and Daniel Green of the Jenkintown Piano Studio. A graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School, DiCamillo hails from a family of six children who were all offered music lessons for personal enrichment.  DiCamillo studies at Immaculata coincided with an important musical evolution on the campus, as Immaculata University made the transition to elite “All Steinway” status, bringing the world’s most respected hand-built pianos into each practice room and performance space at the University.

DiCamillo, who graduates this month, said he is excited about the prospects of exploring music beyond the ivy covered walls of Immaculata.
