Local students will have some extra time to sleep ... or to drive to class, as two Abington colleges will be opening late Monday morning due to Sunday's extreme weather.
Penn State Abington and Manor College will each be opening two hours late, according to their respective websites.
Classes will begin at 10 a.m.
