Boy Scout Troop 72, based in Abington's Ward 10, led a full boardroom in the Pledge of Allegiance during Monday night's reorganization meeting.
Following the Pledge, members from the troop carried the American flag to its home in the front of the room.
Newly-appointed Board of Commissioners President Wayne Luker thanked Troop 72, as well as newly-appointed Ward 10 Commissioner Tom Hecker, who helped organize the event at the last minute.
