ACI Adjustment Group can identify the cause and solution for damages, detect additional related damages, estimate the cost of full replacement, and negotiate for maximum compensation with your insurance company.

ACI Adjustment Group can also identify coverages and gaps in coverage in your insurance policy.  Many commercial property owners are unaware of the function of the co-insurance clause in their policy and are unknowingly severely under-insured.  The common co-insurance provision requires the insured policyholder to carry insurance coverage equal to a specific percentage of a property’s Actual Cash Value (ACV).  A typical policy requires a commercial property owner to carry coverage equal or greater to 80% of the ACV of their home at the time of loss in order to receive full coverage for a claim.  Many business owners under-insure their property to receive a slightly lower rate, not understanding that it affects the payment of claims.  For example, a business owner may insure a property with an ACV of $1,000,000 for $400,000 to save on premium, not realizing that in order to receive a full payment for even a small claim they must be insured for 80% of the ACV, or $800,000.  If this business owner suffered a loss for $200,000 the maximum payment they could receive would be $100,000 because they are only meeting 50% of their co-insurance coverage requirements.

Many policyholders are unaware of coverage clauses, such as the co-insurance clause, and are uneducated on their coverages in general.  ACI Adjustment Group understands your commercial lines policy or business owner policy and how to negotiate your damages within the framework of your policy to maximize your settlement.

Unlike residential property claims, commercial property claims consist of vital business recovery decisions, damage mitigation, business interruption calculations and loss details for your insurance carrier.  ACI Adjustment Group has the expertise to assist in the documentation and handle all of the negotiation for compensation for your lost revenue and excess expenses.

ACI Adjustment Group can help you by evaluating your commercial policy and ascertain the greatest approach for presenting your claim, creating the property damage report and validating every detail of your damage and negotiating with your insurance carrier on your behalf to make the claims procedure an equitable and peaceful experience.
