Highland Elementary School is seeking volunteers for Highland's Science Day, April 4.
Have a great idea for a science activity, or just want to get involved in the school? Morning session for kindergarten through third grade is 9:30 to 11 a.m. Afternoon session for grades four through six is 1:30 to 3 p.m.
This annual event invites parents and other community members to facilitate hands-on science activities in the school. Previous topics have included making ice cream, air pressure, optical illusions, light and gravity. No science experience is necessary! Activities can be provided if necessary.

More About Highland Elementary School
Highland Elementary School is a K-6 school in the Abington School District. The original school, which was built in 1923, was razed, and replaced in the same location in 2005.
