The collective energy that is created during community acupuncture, where everyone is treated in the same room at the same time, aids in the healing process. So bring a friend or loved one with you and get treated at the same time.

Be sure to bring your favorite yoga mat – or mats will be available for your convenience -- and join us at 7:00pm on Wednesday, December 12 at Banyan Yoga & Ayurveda in Elkins Park.

Acupuncture will be provided by Ann Mertens, M.Ac., L.Ac, of Stillwater Acupuncture in Jenkintown.
