Cheltenham Township is proud to offer a FREE “anything with a plug” recycling event to be held on May 19, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Cheltenham High School located on 500 Rices Mill Road in Wyncote. All types of electronics will be accepted for FREE including computers, monitors, printers, air-conditioners, computer accessories and household appliances. Small business with less than 50 employees are also welcome to bring their obsolete electronic equipment.

All material collected will be responsibly recycled by eForce Compliance, who maintains a zero landfill policy and zero export of hazardous e-waste to developing countries. eForce is Pennsylvania’s only multi-certified electronic recycling company (R2, e-Stewards, ISO 14011) and assures all data media will be destroyed or wiped at their facility.
