Schwartz to Northeast Times Star: There Will Be No Debate
No Laws Passed As Lead Sponsor...Still Refuses to Debate
(Rockledge, PA)… As reported by the Northeast Times Star on Oct 3rd, 2012, “There will be no formal debates, according to the congresswoman’s camp.” Yet, Congressional candidate Joe Rooney has never been sent a direct response from Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz regarding his repeated invitations to debate. Why?
Joe Rooney now asks “Is the Congresswoman so ashamed of her congressional record that she’s afraid to debate?” Joe continued, “According to the Library of Congress who posts all legislation online, Allyson Schwartz has failed to pass any legislation into law as the lead sponsor in ALL the years she has been in Congress. So what has she achieved other than voting for massive debt, wasteful spending and job crushing taxes?”
The only person better off because Allyson Schwartz is in Congress, is Allyson Schwartz herself. According to OpenSecrets.org, Allyson Schwartz’s personal fortune has increased by a million dollars while her votes in Congress have devastated our communities here at home.
Joe Rooney is proud of his positions on the issues of cutting taxes, cutting government waste and creating good paying jobs here at home. Joe is proud of his record of public service in the Marine Corps and his wife’s service in the Navy. The Rooney’s also have two kids on active duty. Joe Rooney is presenting his plans to improve our economy and fix all that is broken in Washington as he visits with voters. He welcomes the opportunity to debate his campaign opponent, and leaves open the debate challenge to Allyson Schwartz in the hope that she will talk directly to the voters and explain her lack of results and disastrous votes in Congress that hurt taxpayers, families and seniors.

Where is Waldo (aka Allyson Schwartz?). Lest we forget that Allyson Schwartz arrived late for the debate with Dee Adcock at Penn State Abington and left early. There is a pattern here which must be broken by electing Joe Rooney!

I sat and Talked to Mr. Rooney today 10/5/2012. We talked about the thousands of Americans out of work right here in the 13th District. The suspected illegal Aliens that are working right here in the 13th District taking Americans jobs. Anyone can go onto the library of congress and look at the legislation record of Congress. Take a good look at Allyson Schwartz's record. I believe that Allyson Schwartz is afraid to debate Joe Rooney. I believe that the only people that will vote for Allyson Schwatz are either afraid to look up her congressional record or have failed to pay attention to what has been going on in this country, Failed to pay attention what is going on right here in the 13th Cogressional District with thousands of Americans out of work. What is Allyson Schwartz afraid of, her legislatin record being put into the light? Or she knows she would loose to Joe Rooney if she had a debate with him on live TV? It is time to remove Allyson Schwartz from office. As an Independent voter, it i tiime tell Allyson Schwartz to hit the road.
