Ginkgo Biloba: Ginkgo Biloba benefits people with early-stage Alzheimer's disease and multi-infarct dementia. Additionally, it is beneficial for painful legs due to clogged arteries; for treatment of cerebral insufficiency; fatigue; absent-mindedness and decreased physical performance.

Saw Palmetto: Saw palmetto is popular for treating symptoms associated with enlarged prostate and symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy or BPH (including nighttime urination, problems with urinary flow and overall quality of life).

Likewise, it will lower blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes. Ginseng also has strong antioxidant properties and may reduce bad cholesterol.

Garlic:  Hippocrates, the father of diagnostic medicine, listed garlic as one of the herbs for treatment of a wide range of medical problems. Garlic was a tool against the plague when it struck Marseilles in the 1770s. Louis Pasteur discovered that garlic had antibacterial properties. Garlic contains germanium and selenium, which are sulphur-containing antioxidants that boost the immune system.
Garlic is beneficial for treatment of infections, boosting the cardiovascular system, strengthening the heart, reducing hypertension and cholesterol; and for helping with weight loss.

Aloe Vera:  Aloe Vera called Nature's Miracle has been associated with myth, magic, and medicine since pre-biblical times.  The Aloe Vera plant produces at least 6 antiseptic agents: lupeol, salicylic acid, urea nitrogen, cinnamonic acid, phenol, and sulphur. Aloe has been used to eliminate many internal and external infections, wounds, and ulcers. Lupeol, salicylic acid, and magnesium are very effective analgesics. This explains why Aloe is effective in alleviating pain.

Other properties of Aloe Vera include: natural cleanser; detoxifier; blood alkalinizer; anesthetizes tissue, relieving joint and muscle pain; dilates capillaries, increasing circulation; breaks down and digests dead tissue; enhances normal cell growth and hastens healing; moisturizes tissue; antipuritic, stops itching; antibacterial and antibiotic; antifungal, helps control Candida; anti-inflammatory; antipyretic, eliminates excessive water from tissue; reduces or eliminates scarring; regenerates hair follicles and heals seborrhoea; aids digestion; settles nerves; calms the nervous system; promotes healthy gum tissue; normalizes metabolism and regulates blood sugar; boosts the immune system; reduces food allergies; cleanses the lymphatic system and intestinal walls; and boosts T-cell production.  In animals, Aloe is used to treat many skin disorders as well as feline leukaemia.

Royal Jelly:  Royal Jelly is the substance worker bees feed the queen bee larvae to promote rapid growth and development.  Royal jelly has anti-ageing
benefits and increases energy and stamina. Royal Jelly contains magnesium,
potassium, zinc, an array of vitamins and glutamic acid which help reduce
ageing. Royal Jelly will also boost the immune system, strengthening the body's defense against illness and restore strength, mental and sex vitality. It is also an anti-septic for treating yeast or fungal infections; it alleviates arthritis; and reduces cholesterol levels.
