If you wish to lose weight and keep it off-you can do it. I did it and have kept it off for the past 15
years. The strategy was simple and eloquent in execution. More importantly,
my eating ‘desires’ changed from craving fatty, high calorie, sugary foods to
the ‘simple foods’-the ‘stuff of life’ that makes you healthy and healthier

Step 1. Read Thomas Campbell’s book-‘The China Study’-it provides the clinical studies-and info you need to understand what you need to do to change your ‘wicked ways’ and your diet.
