Expect about one to two inches of snow today.

The National Weather Service, out of Mount Holly, N.J., issued a Winter Weather Advisory early this morning for lower Montgomery County.

According to the advisory, the area will likely pick up one to two inches of snow, with a possibility of three inches. Temps will be in the lower 20s.

From the advisory:

“Light snow is expected to overspread the area from west to east this afternoon. The steadiest snow will fall late this afternoon and this evening, before tapering off around midnight.”

The advisory says to use caution while driving and to be especially careful when traveling on bridges and other elevated surfaces.

The advisory will be in effect from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. tomorrow.
