The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association and the District 1 committee recently gave Abington Senior High School the “Sportsmanship: The Only Missing Piece is You” award. The groups recognize Abington’s administration, coaches, athletes, cheerleaders and fans as “the epitome of good sportsmanship.”

This is the second consecutive year in which the school has won the award.
