Red Light Cams, Roslyn Library on the Abington Agenda Tonight

The Abington Public Safety and Public Affairs committees will meet tonight.

According to the draft agenda, the Abington Public Affairs Committee will discuss an addendum to a lease agreement between the township and the Old York Road Historical Society at Alverthorpe Manor. The amount of annual rent due to the township will be about $7,300.

The public affairs committee will also discuss funding opportunities and the long-term viability of the Roslyn Library.

And, according to the draft agenda, there is a motion to approve – in concept – a "red light camera program."

See both agendas in the pdf section.

The committee meetings will start at 7:30 p.m. at the township building.
