How does one manage to lose it to the point of not only physically harming, but brutally murdering a "loved one", former or not? I've been wronged, hurt, HARMED and (un?)intentionally abused by a (former) loved one and will admit, while in the throes of our darkest moments I absolutely relished thoughts of committing murder and mayhem, but to actually do it? NEVER! Years later, while no longer together, we get along peacefully and nobody is in prison.

How can a person harm someone he has been intimate with and loved actually hurt them?

AOL; your headline "Man Admits to Wife's Grisly Murder" is horribly INCORRECT and scared the life out of me, given that the victim is a friend of mine, She was NOT murdered, although the b*stard tried damned hard to make that happen. Your headline has now prompted a flurry of hysterical tears, calls and emails among her friends, who are fearing the worst possible outcome. Please remove it, now!

Katie - We never used that headline in this story. It's possible some other news agency picked it up and is using an inaccurate headline.

Can anyone tell me how long this man was married. I met him on a date site several years ago. He was one of the biggest liars I ever met. Made up extravagant lies to get what he wanted. But, I never saw this side of him, thank God.

Maria, I believe he's been married (Or at the very least living with the victim) since 2007.
