Summary arrests

 

 

Retail theft … Brandon Brown, 22, of North 28th Street, Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation Jan. 12 at 10:31 a.m. after a Kmart security guard saw Brown remove an $8 game system memory card from the package, put it in his pocket and leave the store without attempting to pay for it, police said.

Retail theft … Aliyah Bennett, 20, of 49th Street, Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation Jan. 11 at 4:11 p.m. after JC Penney security saw Bennett select $149 worth of merchandise, conceal the items in her purse and attempt to leave the store without paying, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Valeriy Duhkin, 24, of Rosalie Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Jan .11 at 9:40 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Colonial Avenue in which police found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, police said.

Retail theft … Marcia Manago, 35, of Marvine Street, Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation Jan. 9 at 2:11 p.m. after a Macy’s loss prevention officer saw Manago select $149 worth of merchandise, conceal the items and attempt to leave the store without paying, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Asia Harper, 23, of Mill Road, Horsham, was arrested Jan. 8 at 9:56 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Bradfield Road and Lafayette Avenue after police found drug paraphernalia in her vehicle, police said.

Harassment and disorderly conduct … Lester Hewitt III, 27, of Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, was issued Jan. 5 at 6:36 p.m. after Hewitt was following a vehicle too closely from behind and shouting profanities at the complainant, police said. According to police, Hewitt also threw an object at the complainant’s vehicle.

How pathetic.. another stupid moron from North Philly, Olney, West Oak Lane or near-abouts risking arrest and incarceration over stealing junk valued at $20 or less... Not justifying stealing but you'd think these mindless little dum-dums would know for that amount, its not worth it.. And notice how none of these people steal food to feed themselves or their families.. its always luxuries
