Abington to Hold 27th Annual MLK Memorial Service
Township officials, schools and neighbors will gather to celebrate King's life.
Some services will not be available on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The Abington Board of Commissioners will host the 27th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Service at the high school Monday at noon.
The event will include music from the Abington Senior High School Select Choir, and tributes to King by Copper Beech, Roslyn and Willow Hill elementary schools and Abington Senior High School.
Former teacher Margot A. Clark will receive the 25th annual Memorial Award; Pastor Jerome Coleman and Rabbi Lawrence Sernovitz will give the closing prayer.
